The displaced homemaker toolkit is designed for women and men who have spent a large portion of their life managing a household and/or family and suddenly find themselves in need of employment. Returning to the work or entering it for the first time can be a difficult for homemakers especially if it is due to the sudden loss of financial support or an unexpected circumstance. This toolkit is designed especially to help displaced homemakers find the necessary resources for finding the right job. This site is also designed to help disabled homemakers find necessary resources to assist them with their job search and accommodations.
